SOSTAC Planning Model for Company is a planning model that was created by Dr. R.M. Sostac in the year 1979. It is designed to help companies make better business decisions and create a strategic plan for their company that will be successful in the long term. The model is divided into four main components: Strategic Goals, Organizational Structure, Strategic Resources and Competencies, and Strategy Implementation Plan. The plan has a set of goals which are achieved through the implementation of organizational structure and resources, along with competencies that can be used to achieve those goals.
