We are a PowerPoint, Keynote and Google Slides template development company, which means that we create presentation templates that people (our "Clients") can use to develop their presentations or those of their clients (our "Services"). People who create their presentations on PowerPoint, Keynote and Google Slides, or presentation development agencies who create presentations on PowerPoint, Keynote and Google Slides, can purchase our templates to help them create those presentations. Our templates are pre-made templates that alter the appearance of the presentation and/or add functionality and information. Clients, in turn, make their presentations available to their customers ("end users").
HiSlide.io, Inc. ("HiSlide", "OkSlides.com", "OkSlides", "we" or "us") offers various services to you, our Customer and your End Users, through our website (www.okslides.com), all of which are conditioned upon your agreement to comply with the following Terms of Service without modification. Your use of the Service and/or your registration with us constitutes your agreement to these Terms of Service. These Terms of Service are subject to change at any time without notice. Any changes made to these Terms of Service will not be retroactive and will not apply to disputes or events that occurred before the changes were posted. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Service regularly. These Terms of Service apply to all visitors and anyone who visits our site or our Service.

Service
The okslides.com templates for PowerPoint, Keynote and Google Slides are perfect for creating beautiful and functional presentations. Our templates are sold as digital downloads through okslides.com. You can also get email support through okslides.com.
Support Policy
We provide support services for our products to Customers with active accounts ("free" and "paid"). Support is provided through the "Support" section. Requests from "paid" Users are treated with priority. When a "paid" subscription expires, the Customer's account will be changed to "free". We provide support only for our own products. Our products are provided in "as is" condition. We do not support product customization or customization, changing or adding functionality. We do not guarantee that our products will be compatible with third-party software.
Registration
By registering with okslides.com as a Customer, you agree to the following:
1. You represent and warrant that all information you provide to okslides.com is accurate and complete. You agree to promptly update any outdated information;
2. You agree to be contacted via Email, SMS or text message by okslides.com;
3. By using the Service, you grant us permission to access your account and those messages, data, information, text, graphics, audio, video or other materials posted/downloaded/transmitted through the Service using your account, solely in connection with the provision of the Service;
4. You agree to be bound by the license terms in accordance with your chosen subscription.
You may visit okslides.com and use its services without registration. However, in order to subscribe, you need to register an account. We will ask for your name and email when you register and create your account. If you purchase a "paid" subscription, payment is made through PayPal or Stripe. We also have the right to ask you for additional information if necessary.
Responsibility for user-generated content
We respect the copyrights of developers, designers, photographers and owners of any other content and expect the same from you. Given the nature of the Service and the volume of information provided, we cannot track all of the content that you post or transmit through the Service. You agree that:
We are not responsible for content posted on okslides.com by users, and we reserve the right to review, reject, remove, modify or edit any content at any time and for any reason without obligation or prior notice.
When viewing template demos, you will see photos/images/videos/fonts that are used to demonstrate a template populated with content. This content serves as an example and is not included in the template. Font files are also excluded from the templates, but the description of each template includes an exact link to a site where you can download it without violating the developer's copyright. It is our policy to respond to all claims of intellectual property infringement. If you find copyright infringement on the okslides.com service, please send a notice to the following address: rights@okslides.com.
To accelerate an investigation of a case, the notification must include the following:
1. Subject: “Violation of copyright”;
2. Your name and contact e-mail;
3. Provide a content link where you have found a copyright infringement;
4. Provide the link to the author and the primary content, any other information which will be enough to prove copyright (it is necessary to compare content and identify copyright infringement);
5. The notice (from the author or copyright owner) that the use of the content is not permitted by the copyright owner;
6. The notice that the information in the notice is accurate, and that under the penalty of perjury the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that has been allegedly infringed.

2. engaging in activities or submitting Material that may be harmful to minors;
3. engaging in activity or submitting Material that harasses another person;

5. submitting Material that is false, misleading, or promotes illegal activities or defames users of the Service or the Service itself;

The okslides.com service may offer forums, blogs, and comment areas that are designed for users 18 years and older. These forums and blogs allow users to express opinions, share ideas, and leave a message or comment. The Service does not endorse the reliability of any advice, opinions, statements or information posted on these forums and blogs. Please use your best judgment and be respectful of others using these forums and blogs. Do not use vulgar, offensive or hateful language. Do not provide copyrighted content without written permission from the owner. Any information you disclose by posting to these Forums and Blogs may become public. Follow the rules of the service. Please do not use usernames that other users may find offensive. If you do, we reserve the right to require you to change your username at our discretion.

You may find links to third-party sites on the service pages and in the accompanying template documentation. We provide these links solely for your convenience and review. In any case, We have no control over the information, products, software, or any other content posted on such sites, and We are not responsible for their content.
Representations and Warranties and Indemnification
You hereby represent and warrant that:

Furthermore, we have the right to make changes and improvements to the information provided at any time. The service, templates, software, products and content associated with it are provided "as is". The okslides.com service and its developers disclaim all warranties of any kind related to the service, templates, software, products, and content associated with it on the site. The agreement implies that you will use the templates and services at your own risk. The okslides.com service shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Service. The Service is not liable for lost profits.
Errors and delays
The Service is not responsible for any errors or delays caused by providing an incorrect email address when registering or contacting support, or for delays and errors caused by technical reasons.
Subscriptions and Payment
After viewing our site, you may be interested in purchasing templates or subscriptions. To do so, you will need to provide payment information. We use Stripe and/or PayPal to process payments. You must agree to the terms and conditions before paying for any of our products. Please note that the okslides.com service has no access to your payment card information and all payments are processed by Stripe and/or PayPal.
The okslides.com service offers an annual "Premium" subscription. This subscription will automatically renew at the end of the term. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time from your okslides.com personal account dashboard or by submitting a support request.
Refund Policy: You can get a full refund within 3 days of purchase if and when you have not used the service, i.e. you have not downloaded any resources. You may only request a refund for the current billing period within 3 days of payment. Please note that previous payments are not refundable. If you would like your refund, you must submit your request through customer support.
Taxes: You are solely responsible for any applicable state, federal or provincial taxes. Service and Developer are not responsible for collecting, transmitting or advising you of any taxes, duties or other charges levied by the government on your purchases.
Termination
The Service reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to terminate your access to the Service for any or no reason, including your violation of these Terms of Use, the Terms of Use, or your violation of the rights of other users.
You may unsubscribe from further communications from the Service at any time by submitting a written notice through the support form. You can also unsubscribe by clicking on the Configure email link or the link provided in any of the okslides.com emails.
The service reserves the right to change, modify or discontinue any service or part thereof at any time without notice. The service has no liability to you or any third party.
