A Scrum Team is a cross-functional group of people who are dedicated to completing a product or service with the highest possible quality in the shortest amount of time. The Scrum framework is a project management framework that uses time-boxed iterations (sprints) for planning, organizing, and executing work on projects. A sprint is typically one month long and consists of two weeks of planning and two weeks of executing work. There are six elements that make up a Scrum team: The Product Owner: The person who defines what needs to be done and selects the team members to do it. The Development Team: The people responsible for developing, building, testing, and delivering the product or service.
