This process flow diagram is an illustration of the 6 stages of a process. It helps us visualize the process and understand how it works. The first stage is "problem identification." Here, we identify what problem we are trying to solve and specify it in detail. For example, if we are trying to increase our sales, then we can specify that in more detail by specifying what product or service that we want to sell and who the target market is for this product or service. The second stage is "ideation." Here, our idea starts to take shape as a solution for the problem. We start thinking about possible solutions and how they could work before actually implementing them into our business model.
