6W Model of Customer Analysis

The 6W Model of Customer Analysis is a way to understand and analyze the needs, wants, and motivations of your customers. This model is useful for all types of companies to understand what their customers want from them. But it can be especially helpful for businesses that are not in the service industry because it assesses customer needs across various industries. The 6W Model of Customer Analysis consists of six steps: Who, What, Why, When, Where, and How. This framework helps companies make more informed decisions about marketing strategies and customer retention efforts. It also helps companies learn more about their customers’ problems and needs so they can develop solutions for them. The steps are divided into two groups: customer-related aspects and company-related aspects. The customer-related aspects are divided into three subgroups: understanding the customer, understanding the product and understanding the competition. The company-related aspects are divided into two subgroups: managing expectations and managing risks.
