The Adaptive Coaching Model is a coaching model that is based on the idea of feedback loops and adaptive change. This model is designed to help individuals become aware of their strengths, weaknesses, and potential. It also helps them develop skills in order to take control of their lives, their work, and their relationships. The model consists of four stages: Awareness, Exploration, Action and Feedback. The first stage involves awareness-building activities that help an individual recognize the strengths and weaknesses in his or her life. The second stage involves exploration activities that help an individual identify possible goals for change based on what they learned in the first stage. In the third stage, action takes place as an individual puts into practice what they have learned from the previous stages by taking steps to make changes.
