Supply Chain Management is a business process that is responsible for managing the flow of goods and services from the point of origin to the point of consumption. Supply Chain Management is a complex field with many aspects to it. There are three main areas where Supply Chain Management can be broken down into: Inventory Control, Logistics and Production Planning.
