Scenario Analysis is a technique that helps us to understand the possible future outcomes of a given situation. It is also one of the most important decision-making tools in business. The Scenario Analysis Procedure is used for planning and decision-making. It consists of three steps: Identifying, Analyzing, and Generating scenarios. Identifying: Identify the stakeholders involved in the decision-making process, their roles and responsibilities, and their needs. Analyzing: Analyze each scenario with respect to its strengths and weaknesses as well as its likely outcomes for each stakeholder. Generating: Generate scenarios with different strengths that may be more suitable for particular stakeholders.
