A process flow circular diagram is a tool that can be used to visualize the process flow of a given task. It consists of four stages: initiation, execution, feedback, and termination. The figure below shows how the four stages are related to each other. The initiation stage is when the task starts. The execution stage is when the task is done and feedback is given to see if there needs to be any changes in the process flow. This feedback helps in deciding whether or not to go for termination or just keep on going with another iteration of this process flow.
