Objectives and Key Results OKRs Method Hierarchy is a method for setting goals in an organization. The method is based on the idea that objectives should be set with specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and timely (or short-term) goals. Objectives are the broadest goals of an organization. They are the end goal that the company wants to achieve. Key Result objectives are the intermediate steps towards achieving the broader objective or objective. OKRs stands for Objectives and Key Results, which means they have three levels of hierarchy: Objectives, Key Results and Measures.
