The Four Dimensions of Relational Work Model was developed by Dr. Stephen Covey, author of The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, with input from his son Stephen M. Covey Jr., and Dr. David Burkus, authors of the book "Relational Leadership". The model consists of four dimensions: (1) Relationships with others; (2) Relationships with ourself; (3) Relationship with our work; and (4) Relationship with our world.
