The SDLC model consists of a waterfall-like process of writing and publishing content. This model is often used for technical content, but it is not suitable for business content. It's time to look at the different types of models and how they can be used in a business context. In the last few years there has been an increasing interest in creating agile software development methodologies. One of them is SCRUM (Scrum: Kanban, Scrum). This methodology was originally developed by Ken Schwaber, who was also one of the founders of Scrum Alliance. The concept behind SCRUM is that each team member should have a clear responsibility for his or her area of expertise and should be responsible for producing quality work based on their skillset.
