The CLEAR Transformational Coaching Model is a model for coaching that was developed by Dr. John Whitmore and it has four stages: 1. Clear - This is the stage where the coach and client agree on what to work on together. 2. Explore - The coach asks questions to explore what the client wants from the coaching process, how they want to be coached, and what their goals are. 3. Act - The coach helps the client develop a plan of action with specific actions they need to take in order to reach their goals, while also providing encouragement and support along the way. 4. Reflect - The coach helps the client reflect on how their plan is going so far, what they might need to change in order to reach their goals, and any other thoughts. The CLEAR Transformational Coaching Model is a coaching model that focuses on the client’s needs and goals. It is designed to help clients create tangible change in their lives by identifying what they want, how to get it, and how to use it after they get it.
