The Business Relationship Maturity model (BRM) is a framework that helps companies and their employees understand the different stages of a business relationship and how to best manage them. The BRM can be applied to any type of business relationship, but it is most commonly used with employees. The model breaks down the relationship into four stages: The first stage is forming a relationship, which usually starts with an employee who has just been hired or joined the company. The second stage is developing trust, which usually happens when the employee has been working for the company for some time. The third stage is building commitment, which happens when there are enough trust factors in place for both parties to work together on projects and share responsibilities.
