Business Benefits Realisation Table is a tool that helps organisations to identify business benefits they can realise and the potential impact of each. The table is divided into four sections. The first section lists out the types of benefits and the second section lists out their sources. For example, the benefits of a new product will be realised from sales, marketing, and customer satisfaction. The third section shows how these benefits are realised in terms of cost savings or revenue generation for an organisation. The fourth section shows how these benefits are realised in terms of value creation for an organisation by looking at two different metrics - return on investment (ROI) and net present value (NPV).
