The Agile Method is a software development method that emphasizes the value of collaborative teamwork and early delivery. Agile Method is primarily used in software development, but can be applied to other fields such as marketing, design, and business. It has been proven to work well in the industry. The Agile Method was developed by Grady Booch and James Shore in 2001. It was created to address some of the problems that were present with traditional software development models such as Waterfall Model or Rational Unified Process (RUP).
