In this article, I will be discussing the six steps for implementing a business relationship management (BRM) strategy. The first step is to define the purpose of BRM. This is where you establish what your goals are in terms of managing your relationships with customers and prospects. This is also where you define what success looks like for your organization. The second step is to develop the plan for how to achieve those goals. In this step, you should identify all of the stakeholders that will be involved in implementing BRM and create a timeline for when each stakeholder should take action. You should also create an implementation plan that includes tasks and milestones that need to be completed by each stakeholder as well as an end date by which they will have completed their tasks and milestones.
