Maturity Model

The Maturity Model is a framework for understanding the maturity of the business process and its effectiveness in achieving desired outcomes. It is a way to measure how well an organization is doing in terms of its ability to achieve its goals.

Maturity Model contains five stages, each with its own set of characteristics and challenges. The first stage, "Innovation", is when the organization has little experience with the process and there are many opportunities for improvement. The second stage, "Transition", has more mature processes, but it can be difficult to change mindsets and behaviors. In the third stage, "Continuous Improvement", organizations have learned how to make improvements while still maintaining high performance levels.
