Digital Transformation Framework

The digital transformation framework is a conceptual model that can be used to understand how digital technologies are changing the way we live, work and interact. The McKinsey framework for digital transformation consists of four dimensions: People, Process, Platform and Product. People - The first dimension is people. It includes the following three elements: Employee mindset and skillsets; Leadership skillsets; and Organizational culture. Process - The second dimension is process. It includes the following three elements: Technology infrastructure; Business processes; and Organization structure. Platforms - The third dimension is platforms which include the following two elements: Digital customer engagement platforms; Digital product development platforms. Product - The fourth dimension is product which includes the following two elements: Digital products in market;

This is a technological change that has been happening in recent years. The digital transformation has changed how people or company live their lives and it will continue to do so in the future.
