Change Management Models

Change management is the process of managing changes in an organization. This process can be formal or informal. The different models are designed to fit the needs of various organizations, but they all have a similar goal: to minimize resistance to change and improve the likelihood that change will succeed.

There are three models that are most commonly used by organizations: the rational model, the emotional model, and the behavioral model. The rational model is typically used by large organizations with a lot of resources and experience in change management. The emotional model is often used for smaller organizations or ones with less resources because it focuses on making people feel good about changes instead of making them rationally understand why changes are necessary. The change management model is a process for managing and implementing changes in an organization. It is a systematic way of facilitating the process of change in an organization. The different models provide different approaches to facilitating and managing change.
